Hawaii Traditions

About

Hawaii Traditions: Traditions, Values, and Culture…Hawaii Style

Hawaii Traditions is an online magazine that shares the local culture from Hawaii.  Anchored by its host culture — Hawaiian, the local culture of Hawaii has evolved into a medley of traditions, values, and culture of the migrated ethnic groups.

More than a medley, the local culture of Hawaii has made its way around the globe.  We want to share those stories of how the Aloha Spirit has reached each continent, country, city, town, and neighborhood.  To do this, we’re reaching out to the HT community and set-up a community blog.  Each Monday, we’ll announce a theme or topic and ask the world to email in their blog posts to: posts@hawaiitraditions.posterous.com.  This community blog is powered by Posterous, so follow these simple steps to publish your post:

  1. Email posts@hawaiitraditions.posterous.com from any email address.
  2. Subject = Title of your blog  post
  3. Body = Text of your blog post. (Remember to delete any email signatures or other information not intended as your blog post.)
  4. Attach photos, videos, and/or audio files to the email.
  5. Click send.
