It’s best to use 15% lean ground beef for your meatballs. Using eggs help to keep the meatball together and not crumble, one egg to one pound of ground beef is a good rule of thumb to follow.  Season your meatballs well, adding enough spice and flavors will ensure a yummy tasting snack or meal for the day.
