Who makes the best island-style fried rice?

Local people love island-style fried rice, it’s a must have in any local breakfast.  Many restaurants claim to have the island’s best fried rice, the focus was not on traditional Chinese Fried Rice but more Island-Style Fried Rice.  The quest for the  best fried rice begins!

Here’s some of the few places that Cymri Chang visited before her tummy ran out of room. Her ranking goes as follows:

1. Side Street Inn- Chang says, it really doesn’t get better than this.
2. 8 fatfat 8-Their fried rice is made with mochi rice.
3. Big City Diner-Their rice is spicy and delicious, kimchi is added for the spiciness.
