Every year when my wife and I visit Maui, we shop around the local shops on Front Street to pick up a new set of matching Aloha wear (made in Hawaii, of course).

Here's the shot from this year's trip.
http://www.kaanapalidreamin.com/blog/2009/02/ou...

The Aloha Shirt is a big deal. Downtown Honolulu is the most ideal location to see the loha Shirt at it's best. Business men a very fashion contious of haveing the best, the newest. They pretend not to notice, but inside they're sizing up the guy next to them thinking "hmmm nice shirt".
For woman, wearing an Aloha Shirt can be a bold fashion statement. Not many women can pull off that look, but the ones who can look very cool.
Nice post Melz.

I wear an Aloha Shirt to work nearly every day. My collection grows by several shirts every time I visit Hawaii, and I've gotten several by Internet order. Favs are Reyn's and Tori Richard.

Living in central Illinois, we don't have Hawaii weather all year. I wear Aloha Shirts every day to my office job about 8 or 9 months a year. During winter weather I'm mostly in long sleeves, but I still wear one every Friday.

I'll be wearing my favorite Aloha Shirt for #AlohaFriday in Seattle. It's a Kauai Oktoberfest Aloha shirt that I once accidentally wore to an Aloha Stadium Press conference on alcohol prohibition, representing the University newspaper :D

http://twitpic.com/ds47v
